Herrald is an Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 19 years of advanced strategic project planning, sales, marketing, financial operations and workforce development experience.
As a results-oriented leader, detailed project manager and creative problem solver, Herrald consistently surpasses objectives by building top-performing teams and combining expertise in operations with asset & liability management.
Of his long list of accomplishments, here are a few:
- Leading teams in innovative, advanced technology sales, marketing and strategic planning for global technology companies
like JTE Machine Systems, Magenta Technology and Emergent Intelligence Technology.
- Implementation of new sales strategies, resulting in exceeding Financial Centers’ investment and loan goals, consecutively
231% and 111% in 2003/2004.
- Directing Product Knowledge and Company Involvement sessions at Wachovia Bank and Drury Hotels. Employee retention increased by 125%.
- Successfully developing and structuring marketing efforts to increase acquisition and retention of securities clients during
the 3-year declining stock market from 1999 to 2002.
- Structuring and spearheading efforts to develop global alliances to uncover domestic and international business exchange opportunities as Trade & Commerce Director, and now President of Jacksonville Sister Cities Association (non-profit)

- Visionary and Director of the Jacksonville Sister Cities Association’s Annual Global Trade & Commerce Expo, wherein
over 150 Jacksonville businesses participated in its’ inaugural event in 2007.
Herrald immigrated to the USA from the Netherlands (Holland) in 1990 to become a Commercial Pilot and for 9 years he flew close to 3000 flight hours in Charter and Commuter Airline operations. He is also a certified instructor pilot who prepares pilots for their certifications.
An Accredited Asset Management Specialist and senior level manager since 1998, he directed and managed numerous sales, marketing and operational projects for Wachovia Bank, Drury Hotels, Magenta Technology, Waddell & Reed Financial Services and others. His involvement in the Jacksonville Sister Cities Association in 2004 was instrumental in the discovery of one of his true passions: Creating Global Relationships for International Business Exchanges. This resulted in founding the International Trading Company Jacksonville, a Financial, Operational, Technical and Business Development Advisory.
His collaboration with George Rzevski, Petr Skobelev and Marlene Millemaci to introduce companies and individuals to cutting-edge, highly innovative and proven technologies, will produce nothing short of revolutionary results and make our world a better place to live, work and prosper.
